Besides ancestor spirits, Kuy believe in other mother nature spirits which includes that of the watch lizard (takuat) which they believe that to get symbol of fertility. The Kuy execute ceremonies to propitiate the takuat spirit and request fertility from mother nature. They'd also take the tail of the lizard to implement in divination ceremonies.
